We request that you keep your appointment and notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Ideally this must be 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please arrive in time for your appointment. If you arrive late then we may not be able to carry out the scheduled treatment.
We respectfully ask you to pay for your treatment on time. Normally this will be on the day of treatment at the very latest. Some treatment sessions will require an advance booking fee.
In addition to the above our dedicated team have committed to a career long programme of further education and have indeed already attended many advanced postgraduate courses from some of best clinicians in their fields – they have trained with recognised experts from the UK, and as far afield as Italy, South Africa, and the USA.
